For the past 40 years Ebinger GmbH, with its primary headquarters in Cologne, one of the cities that was destroyed by bombing during the Second World War, that still suffers from the numerous unexploded weapons that surface on development sites, has developed and manufacture specialist land and underwater search equipment for detecting unexploded ordnance contamination.
Conscious of the warranted media coverage and concern caused to the public when bombs are located on development sites in Cologne and other German cities almost seven decades after the war; Ebinger expanded some years ago to a modern, state of the art research and development facility at Wiesbaum / Eifel, a favorite holiday resort of many in a beautiful environment, to research and produce technology to detect not only historic but also modern day unexploded ordnance in Germany and Worldwide following more recent conflicts.
With ‘state of the art’ workshops, test facilities, magnetically clean calibration cabins, training centre for clients staff as well as development and production halls, Ebinger’s extensive range of detection systems are being employed by many nations Military, commercial and humanitarian organisations Worldwide to detect the unexploded relics of wars.
